Blessing Da Streetz was founded on a heartfelt vision rooted in compassion, service, and a deep commitment to uplifting underserved communities. Established in 2015 by visionary leader Sean Brite, the organization was born out of a genuine desire to make a difference—especially for those facing hardship. Even as a child, Brite demonstrated a selfless spirit, always willing to help others even when he had little himself. His passion for ensuring access to basic necessities such as food, clothing, and shelter is what continues to drive our mission today.

 

Blessing Da Streetz lives up to its name by being present in the community and making a real impact where it’s needed most. We focus heavily on youth and families, hosting three major annual events:

• Back-to-School Giveaway (August): We provide free backpacks, school supplies, meals, and entertainment to children of all ages in preparation for the new school year.

• Thanksgiving Dinner & Turkey Giveaway (November): We serve over 500 hot meals and distribute turkeys to families in need, ensuring no one is left out during the holiday season.

• Christmas Toy Drive (December): We distribute more than $10,000 worth of toys and gifts to children across the community, bringing joy and hope during the holiday season.

 

In addition to our signature events, we also conduct monthly outreach efforts, providing meals and support to individuals experiencing homelessness or financial hardship.
